Altri dieci titoli assegnati questa mattina all’U.C.I. Para-Cycling Road World Championships 2018 di Maniago (PN). Il tedesco Pierre Senska porta a casa l’MC1; il canadese Tristen Chernove si impone invece in MC2. Il Belgio replica l’oro di ieri con Kris Bosmans in MC3, mentre l’australiano Alistair Donohoe ha la meglio in MC5. Trionfo italiano in MC4 con il friulano Michele Pittacolo che diventa il nuovo Campione del Mondo di categoria. In campo femminile, doppietta inglese con Katie Toft (WC1) e Sarah Storey (WC5). La giapponese Keiko Noguchi vince la WC2, la svedese Anna Beck si impone in WC3. Gloria infine anche per l’americana Shawn Morelli in WC4. Nel pomeriggio le due gare dei tandem MB e WB ed in conclusione la spettacolare staffetta a squadre alle ore 18:30.

TEN WORLD TITLES AWARDED THIS MORNING. TWO GOLD MEDALS FOR GREAT BRITAIN, STUNNING SPRINT FOR ITALIAN MICHELE PITTACOLO (MC4)
Ten road World titles awarded this morning at U.C.I. Para-Cycling Road World Championships 2018 in Maniago (PN). German Pierre Senska won MC1; Canadian Tristen Chernove MC2. For Belgium another gold medal after yesterday with Kris Bosmans in MC3, Australian Alistair Donohoe won MC5. Stunning final sprint for Italian Michele Pittacolo who’s the new World Champion of MC4. In women’s rides, English Katie Toft and Sarah Storey won WC1 and WC5, Japanese Keiko Noguchi won WC2, Swedish Anna Beck won WC3 and American Shawn Morelli WC4. During the afternoon the MB e WB rides and finally, at 6:30pm, the amazing “Team Relay”.
